Aircraft

Our club glider fleet includes three ASK-21’s, two LS-4’s, and a LS-6b. The club’s tow planes are a a Piper Pawnee (235HP) and Super Cub (180hp). In addition, about 20 privately owned sailplanes are based on the field.


BG – ASK-21

Our second purchased new ASK-21 that was bought in 2014. The tail letters BG is in memory of a stalwart member and tow pilot, Bob Gilhooly. The ASK-21 is a primary trainer, glass transition trainer, and overall fun ship to fly.
